Is your dream to have a new home built but not sure where to start? I will sit down with you and help ask all the right questions to consider prior to building a home. Questions like, can you afford it, what are your wants and needs, have you weighed the pros and cons, do you have the time and patience to build, etc.? I will help you put together a wish list, decide on a specific builder in your idea neighborhood and help you understand new homes sages from the builders perspective.
Building your Dream Home.
I will be there every step of the process with you. I will develop a working relationship with the on-site sales person, help you navigate the contract, advise you on products and the home design- "what's standard" and what's an "upgrade". As your agent and spokes person, she'll track the timeline set up, ensure milestones are met, inspections are done and ask lots of pertinent questions to ensure your dream home progresses as scheduled.
Closing the Deal.
As the building process draws to completion, I continue to make sure every detail is covered. And on that joyous day when you are finally handed the keys to you new home, I will be there to welcome you. As your trusted agent, I am not there to just participate but to help make the building experience one you'll enjoy and remember for years to come.
